Supervision for Individuals and Groups

All Counsellors, Therapists, Psychotherapists need to be in regular supervision about their clinical work. This is an ethical requirement of reputable therapy organisations, such as UKCP and the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

As part of working in Social Care in Senior roles I have supervised staff - Counsellors and Social workers - since 1997

I am a trained and experienced Supervisor, and I gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Integrative and Transpersonal Supervision in 2009 by the University of East London after training at the Psychosynthesis and Education Trust in 2007-8.

In addition to supervising individuals I have past and present experience in group supervision, e.g. Trainee counsellor supervision for DASL (Drug & Alcohol Service London)staff group supervision in the Westminster Community Alcohol Service (Foundation66 / CNWL NHS Trust)and Counsellor supervision groups at the North Westminster Drug & Alcohol Service.
